  48. to the disclaimer. Users have no proprietary rights over the software, which
  49. is licensed to them by the Author.

  51. This "collection" of computer games is subject to the copyright terms as 
  52. outlined in this contract. All games are (c) their respective authors.
  53. The interface, artwork and all information relating to the title of this
  54. CD-ROM is (c) Media Masters, Inc.

  56. Should users be in breach of this agreement, the Author and Copyright Holder 
  57. reserves the right to direct user(s) to discontinue use of the program.

  59. Severe breaches of this agreement may also attract legal action, at the
